Laney Starts A New Year of School

Holy cow.  I can’t believe the summer is over already.  It really just flew by.

Sam and Laney are both headed back to school this week.  Sam’s still at Robinson, but Laney is starting at the Charlotte Jewish Preschool.  She loves it so far and the school is amazing.  It’s so hard to fathom that a year ago we were dropping her off at daycare at only 5 months old.  She’s changed so much.  Her vocabulary is growing every day.  She’s developed quite the personality.  She’s already the teacher’s pet and she’s can be quite a diva (or divaling) when she wants to.

I have tons of pictures from the Cape and from the summer that I need to put up and I promise to get to those as soon as I can.  Until then, enjoy this picture I took of Laney heading off to school this morning.  Outfit provided by Leeser (TM).
