Laney Vs. The Pumpkin Patch

Fall is here and there’s finally a nip in the air, so it must mean Halloween is right around the corner.

This weekend, Laney met her first pumpkins at a local farm.  The pumpkins swarmed, but Laney was resolute and stood her ground.  In the end, she was able to capture 2 free-range pumpkins which we brought home to domesticate.

Laney Shakes, Rattles and Rolls

Ok, it’s silly, but it makes Sam and me laugh every time we see it.  One day we were joking around that Laney looked like a bobble head doll because she shook her head.  Sam started bobbling her head and Laney copied her.  Now Laney does it all of the time and starts giggling afterward.

Laney is also waving.  She waves hello.  She waves good-bye.  She waves at the dog.  But she waves and it’s so damn cute.
